Trails Before Dawn

3,462 ft. elevation gain...this was definitely one of the more difficult runs I have ever done.  It was awesome!  Apologies for the pics being out of order. The devil on Sean's shoulder. I enjoyed a run with Dennis this morning on the East Bench of Spanish Fork. Enjoyed an early morning view of Spanish Fork Valley We were on game trails most of the time We started and finished at the parking lot just north of the Spanish Oaks Golf Course
