Trails Before Dawn

Too many flies. Otherwise, this is a really great paved trail along the Utah Lakeshore with views of Saratoga Springs across the way. I read a historical marker and learned that Lindon Marina used to be Geneva Resort.  Check out this cool slide from 100 years ago. This is a fun 6.5-mile loop with a great view of Provo Canyon.

This is a great annual tradition with the Spanish Fork Cross Country Team.  Enjoy some pics of these awesome athletes. Bryce poked his head out through a hole in the rock wall behind the waterfall The water coming out at the spot was near boiling This well-known trail starts at the Three Forks parking area.  Following 5th Water for 2.75 miles to the amazing hot pots and waterfalls.  There are some short uphill climbs, but it's mostly gradual.
