It was a beautiful morning run with Craig. Great views, wild flowers, and two deer.

Wasatch Back Ragnar Relay 2016

I returned home from hiking Coyote Gulch just in time to run two legs of the Wasatch Back with the Johnson Jollies.  The highlight was watching Camryn run. My first leg started at the Park City Mountain Resort Parking Lot.  I ran 2900 feet straight to the top of the mountain before descending a mile down the other side toward Midway. The last ascent to the top of the mountain Cooling off in the snow "King of the Hill" Camryn getting ready for her final leg Our Flag Ninety minutes proved not enough recovery time before my next leg. It was a grueling 7.7 miles. I ran from Midway up the hill overlooking Soldiers Hollow, and then down the mountain where I met the team for the final stretch to the finish line!
